A Spanish court fined Ryanair for charging a customer €30.45 to print their boarding card.
A Balearic Islands resident filed the lawsuit, claiming that "special circumstances" prevented him from printing his permit before going to the airport.
The Irish airline was ordered to reimburse the plaintiff €30.45, which was the amount charged for the boarding pass, in a decision rendered last week in Palma's Commercial Court in Mallorca. The airline will, however, also be responsible for the court fees.
