When the crew member got off the plane at Jakarta Aiport in Indonesia, he had no knowledge that the stepladder had been moved.

The unidentified man fell as the flight crew was getting the TransNuse Airbus ready for takeoff.

He can be seen speaking to someone inside the plane.

Still preoccupied with the discourse, he started to move outside.

However, the employee did not see that his coworkers had already moved the stepladder away from the aircraft that had been boarded.

Then he stumbles and falls several feet to the runway.

The guy hit the hard tarmac and fell on his back, scattering several sheets of paper.

His coworkers raced to his aid, and in the background, horrified passersby can be heard yelling.

The man is known to have had multiple injuries, none of which are believed to be life-threatening.

Aviation regulations state that the mobile ladder must not be removed until the aircraft's doors have closed, and reports state that this was broken during the event.

Authorities at Jakarta Airport stated that they are looking into the mishap.

They promised that precautions would be made to stop such incidents from happening again.
