At 1:40 PM local San Francisco time, JetBlue flight 534 was scheduled to depart from SFO airport and arrive at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). However, the incident resulted in damage to the airline's Airbus A321, which caused an 11-hour delay. According to Flightradar24.com, the flight left from SFO at 12:22 AM local San Francisco time.
The airline's A321 aircraft has been temporarily taken out of service for inspection, according to a statement from JetBlue obtained by CBS News. As of right now, it is unknown how much of the aircraft was damaged.

JetBlue replaced the A321 with its Airbus A320 aircraft, registered as N638JB, according to data from Flugradar24.com. A passenger shared a video of the damaged JetBlue plane on X, the original name of Twitter.
Flying nonstop to Boston (BOS), New York (JFK), Newark (EWR), Los Angeles (LAX), Hartford (BDL), Fort Lauderdale (FLL), and Cancun (CUN), the New York-based airline now operates flights from San Francisco (SFO).
